Competition Rules – CRAVY
“1 Year of Free Meals”

ARTICLE 1 – Organiser

The competition is organised by Delhaize Luxembourg S.A., whose registered office is located at 19, Route de Bastogne – L-9638 Pommerloch (hereinafter referred to as the “Organiser”).

The competition is organised in connection with the launch of Cravy at the Delhaize Belval Supermarket.

The information provided by Participants in connection with the competition is provided to Delhaize Luxembourg.

ARTICLE 2 – Conditions of Participation – Rules

This competition is open to any natural person aged 18 or over at the time of participation and residing in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg or in one of its neighbouring countries, with the exception of:

Hereinafter referred to as the “Participant”.

Participation in the competition is free of charge and no purchase is necessary.

Participation constitutes the Participant’s full, complete and unconditional acceptance of these Rules and of any decisions taken by the Organiser to ensure the proper conduct of the competition.

The Organiser reserves the right, where circumstances so require and without incurring any liability, to postpone, modify, shorten, suspend or cancel all or part of the competition.

Should any provision of these Rules be declared invalid, such invalidity shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

ARTICLE 3 – Conduct of the Competition

The competition will run from 10 September 2026 until 14 November 2026 at 11:59 p.m. inclusive.

To participate, the Participant must complete the online entry form made available in connection with the competition and provide all mandatory information requested.

Only forms that have been fully and correctly completed will be taken into consideration.

Only one entry per person is permitted throughout the entire competition period. Any multiple or incomplete entry, entry containing manifestly incorrect information, or entry of a fraudulent nature may be excluded by the Organiser.

No purchase from Delhaize or Cravy is required to participate.

One winner will be selected by random draw on 15 November 2026 from among all valid entries registered during the competition period.

The winner will receive the following prize:

“1 Year of Free Meals at Cravy”, corresponding to a maximum of 52 weekly benefits with a maximum value of €20 each, representing a total maximum value of €1,040.

ARTICLE 4 – Prize Details and Conditions of Use

The prize consists of a maximum of 52 uses (52 spaces on the loyalty card), with a maximum of one use per week, each entitling the winner to a maximum amount of €20 worth of Cravy food products.

The prize may be used exclusively at Cravy at the Delhaize Belval Supermarket.

The benefit applies exclusively to Cravy food products. Beverages and any products sold outside the Cravy offering are excluded.

In order to receive the weekly benefit, the winner will be issued a personalised Cravy loyalty card when the prize is awarded and will be required to sign these Rules.

This card must be presented each time the benefit is used. Each time the benefit is redeemed, a stamp will be placed on the card to validate the corresponding use.

The Organiser may require the winner to provide proof of identity when using the card. The card and the prize are strictly personal and may not be transferred to or used by another person.

For each use:

For the purposes of these Rules, a week shall mean the period from Monday through Sunday inclusive.

The prize may normally be used over a period of 52 consecutive weeks, starting from the card activation date communicated to the winner when the card is issued.

In order to allow for occasional periods during which the winner may be unavailable, a maximum flexibility period of three additional weeks will be granted following the initial 52-week period.

Accordingly, the absolute maximum period during which the prize may be used is 55 weeks from the activation of the card, without the total number of uses exceeding 52.

Upon expiry of this period, any remaining unused benefit will be permanently forfeited and will not give rise to any compensation.

The prize is personal, non-transferable, non-exchangeable and may not be refunded, in whole or in part, in cash or in any other form.

In the event of loss, theft or damage to the loyalty card, the winner must inform the Organiser as soon as possible. Following verification of the uses already made, and insofar as these can be established, the Organiser may replace the card in respect of the remaining benefits available for use. No replacement card may have the effect of increasing the number of uses originally granted.

In the event of the temporary closure or unavailability of the Cravy service for reasons beyond the winner’s control, the Organiser may adjust the validity period of the prize so that such unavailability does not unfairly disadvantage the winner.

If, for reasons beyond its control, the Organiser becomes permanently unable to provide the prize as originally intended, it reserves the right to replace it with a benefit of comparable value.

ARTICLE 5 – Selection of the Winner and Awarding of the Prize

The winner will be notified personally using the contact details provided in the entry form.

The winner will have five calendar days from the Organiser’s first attempt to contact them to confirm acceptance of the prize.

If no response is received within this period, or if the winner does not meet the conditions set out in these Rules, the winner will be deemed to have forfeited the prize. The Organiser may then conduct a new random draw and select another winner.

The winner must be able to provide proof of identity before the prize is awarded.

The Organiser will agree with the winner on the arrangements for issuing and activating the Cravy loyalty card.

ARTICLE 6 – Liability of the Organiser

Any printing error, spelling mistake, layout error, interruption of the form or platform, connection problem, technical incident or other event beyond the Organiser’s control shall not give rise to any obligation or compensation on the part of the Organiser.

In particular, the Organiser shall not be held liable where an entry cannot be registered or received by the Organiser for technical reasons beyond its control.

The Organiser reserves the right, without prior notice, to modify, suspend, shorten or cancel the competition in the event of force majeure or any unforeseeable event beyond its control, without any compensation being payable.

The Organiser also reserves the right to exclude any Participant who fails to comply with these Rules, in particular in the event of fraud, attempted fraud, use of false information, manipulation of the entry procedure or any other practice intended to artificially increase their chances of winning.

ARTICLE 7 – Supervision of the Competition and Decision

The Organiser shall oversee the proper conduct of the competition.

The result of the random draw is final, subject to verification that the winner complies with the conditions set out in these Rules.

No correspondence concerning the result of the random draw will be entered into, except as necessary to contact the winner.

ARTICLE 8 – Privacy and Personal Data Protection

The Organiser processes the personal data provided by Participants in connection with the competition in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and applicable Luxembourg legislation.

The data collected through the form are used to the extent necessary for the organisation and administration of the competition, including to register entries, verify their validity, prevent fraudulent or multiple entries, conduct the random draw, contact the winner, verify their eligibility, award and administer the prize, and handle any requests or disputes relating to the competition.

Where necessary, such data may be made accessible to technical service providers acting on behalf of the Organiser in connection with the organisation of the competition.

The data collected for the competition will not be used to send commercial communications solely on the basis of participation in the competition. Any consent to receive marketing communications must be obtained through a separate and optional choice made by the Participant, without affecting their ability to participate in the competition.

Further information regarding the processing of personal data is available in the Delhaize Luxembourg Privacy Statement, in particular in the section concerning participation in competitions: delhaize.lu/fr/declaration-vie-privee.

In accordance with applicable legislation, Participants have rights in relation to their personal data, including the rights of access, rectification and erasure and, where the applicable legal requirements are met, the rights to object to or restrict processing.

ARTICLE 9 – Governing Law and Disputes

These Rules and the conduct of the competition are governed by Luxembourg law.

Any dispute relating to the organisation of the competition or to the interpretation or enforcement of these Rules shall be dealt with in accordance with applicable law and submitted to the competent courts, subject to any applicable mandatory provisions.
